Your Complete Phone Service

First bill will include Shipping/Handling fee of $15/phone, a Phone Activation fee of $5/phone and an Account Activation fee of $10.00. You may cancel your service at any time. If you cancel within the first 30 days of activation you will not be charged an early termination fee. If you cancel after the first 30 days of service then you will be charged an early termination fee equal to the monthly price plan multiplied by the remaining months of your 12 month term. At the end of your term your plan will return to the monthly price plan in effect at that time. 30 days prior to expiration you may inquire about eligibility and availability for lower contractual rates at that time. If you cancel service within 90 days of activation then you must return the equipment in its original packaging in good condition to avoid a non-return device fee of $100/device.

If you sign up for Internet service then your first bill will include Shipping/Handling fee of $25 & Activation fee of $10.00. You may return the router for any reason within 30 days of delivery with the box and contents in good condition for a full refund of the $25.00 router fee along with a Free Pre-paid return shipping label. Each device includes $6.99/mo. Extended Warranty Plan guarantying free replacement if device stops working for any reason other than customer mishandling. Service will be interrupted if the underlying carrier determines potential fraud or extensive or exorbitant usage.

Taxes and fees not included in price plan. Bills are due on the 25th of each month, 1st payment due next month. First bill is pro-rated and billed one month in advance and will appear higher than a normal 30 day cycle.
