  • Cancellation – If you cancel within 90 days after activation, you must return the device and all contents in good working condition. Failure to do so will incur a $199.99 non-return device fee.

FCC Order 19-72A1 (issued August 2, 2019) has officially granted carriers permission to abandon outdated, degrading copper lines. Per the order, carriers are released from maintaining this critical infrastructure and they are no longer required to make this service available to consumers. As a result of the Order and the increased cost to upkeep the lines, prices are increasing in a concerted effort to force customer migration.
